Every service has a 3-month minimum commitment, then continues month to month on 30 days' written notice. Paying starts your subscription; the Client Services Agreement follows and governs. If we find we can't serve your business, we tell you, stop, and refund what you have paid for work not yet delivered, once your payment has cleared. The 30-day money-back guarantee covers Horizon's fees only. Ad budget is paid by you directly to the ad platform and isn't refundable. See our Refund Policy. All prices in US dollars.
